Wemade, donate 1 billion won to Seoul National University.

[ Moon Young-soo reporter] Wemade (CEO Jang Hyun-guk) has signed a donation agreement with Seoul National University (CEO Oh Se-jung) and Cryptocurrency ‘WEMIX’.

The ceremony was held on the 5th at the Gwanak Campus of Seoul National University. Jang Hyun-guk, CEO of Wemade, Oh Se-jung, President of Seoul National University, and Kim Sang-hoon, Dean of Management University. Wemade delivered 1 billion won of Weix to Seoul National University Business School as ‘SNU BIZ Startup Fund’. Donation is used to support the education and start-up activities of business school students.

Oh Se-jung, president of Seoul National University, said, The representative of the alumni, Jang Hyun-guk, is growing Wemade into a global company on the core value of ‘growth, responsibility, and achievement’ and is a respected entrepreneur. Based on the basics, students’ start-ups will be more active and more challenging and innovative managers will be trained.

Jang Hyun-guk, CEO of Wemade, said, I hope Seoul National University will use it well for fostering and starting a challenging talent to lead the world.

Meanwhile, Wemade has signed a donation agreement with Korea University, East-West University, Sogang University, and Seoul National University since January this year.
